HQ: Garry A. Comber, President and CEO

Garry has over 40 years of international development experience and has worked closely with CHF for several years. He worked for 14 years with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in various capacities, and managed the International Centre for Ocean Development for six years. For the past 20 years, Garry has been a management consultant, involved in corporate and project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, including being a key contributor to the development of three strategic CHF projects recently funded by CIDA.
